Evaluation index system of "Green List" has completed

Recently, the “Green List” evaluation index system prepared by the Carbonstop  has been completed and released. The launch of the “Green List” originated from the green supply chain action of the Chinese real estate industry. The green supply chain action was launched on June 5, 2016. The day was initiated by five organizations, including  SEE, Zhongcheng Alliance, All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce, Vanke and Landsea. Carbonstop carbon emission factor database has reached 80,000

Recently, Carbonstop updated the carbon emission factor database, and more product carbon emission factors have been added. Now the data have reached 80,000.  Carbon emission factors database is one of functions of Carbonstop mini-program "carbon intelligence", collecting data from different nations/regions and industry. Until 27 September 2019, the database has more than 46,000 data. the total visits reached 12,402 while the search reached 10697.The establishment of the carbon emission factors database is to fulfill the original purpose of building carbon footprints for the low-carbon industry. Therefore, an open, convenient and free data platform is established to enable more industries, companies and even individuals to understand carbon emissions and implement carbon reduction in the future .

Carbonstop X Microsoft a wechat mini-program for carbon redcution

From 9 April to 26 April 2020, Microsoft launched the WeChat mini-program "Low Carbon Emission Reduction, Walk with You". Users can redeem rewards by walking and ranking with their friends. Carbonstop as a technical support party participated in this event, and provided carbon reduction accounting  for the event. The calculation method of  carbon emission reduction of walking in the activity mainly focused on the difference between the baseline scenario emissions and the project scenario emissions. The baseline scenario emissions are the average carbon emissions generated by common travel modes, including bus, subway, taxi, and self-driving according to the actual situation. The project scenario emissions are the basic carbon emissions from walking, which is zero. After scientific calculation of Carbonstop, every step taken can reduce carbon emissions by about 0.0627g. If you choose walk rather than driving for your commuting, you can reduce carbon emissions by about 313.5g per 5000 steps.

First client of Ccloud

A few days ago, Carbonstop launched Ccloud, an online calculation tool for product carbon emission of whole life cycle. The software got much appreciation from corporations and organisations in the carbon field and got feedbacks for the trial from Lenovo and Puma. Recently, Carbonstop got first client and this commercial use is for concrete product. This tool included all information and data that Carbonstop collected in recent six years. Those data are from more than 200 countries, regions and organisations, covering different stage of product life cycle. In addition, Ccloud is more fit-able for Chinese carbon demand since it can not only calculate the carbon footprint, but also the carbon reductions. Ccloud follows the life cycle concept and is designed according to international common standards such as ISO and PAS, and can cover the entire industry. This tool included all information and data that Carbonstop collected in recent six years. Those data are from more than 200 countries, regions and organizations, covering different stage of product life cycle. In addition, Ccloud is more fit-able for Chinese carbon demand since it can not only calculate the carbon footprint, but also the carbon reductions.
