On November 30, 2018, Luhui Yan, the founder of Carbonstop, was elected as the Standing Committee Member and Deputy Secretary General of the Low-carbon Economy Professional Committee of the China Electronic Energy-Saving Technology Association (CEESTA). The association is a national first-level association with an AAA level approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is an intermediary organization between the government and enterprises and institutions. Its main functions are liaison, coordination, guidance, consultation and service. CEESTA is committed to promoting and providing electronic energy saving and environmental protection technologies nationwide. 

From August to November this year, Carbonstop participated in the establishment of “China’s Electrical and Electronic Products Carbon Labels” group standard in Beijing, and undertook the development of carbon footprint General Guideline and standards for mobile phones and computers. At the 2018 International Conference on Carbon Labelling of Electrical and Electronic Products held on November 18th, the group standard for the “General Rules for the Evaluation of Carbon Footprints of China's Electrical and Electronic Products” was successfully published. This not only marks the improvement of China's green supply chain and standard comprehensive system, but also conducive to China's promotion of green consumerism and the transformation of production modes. In the future, Carbonstop will continue to take advantages to promote sustainable development to realize the vision of accounting carbon footprint for every single products and services.
