Nowadays, Yan Luhui, CEO and founder of Carbonstop, was invited by the school of design, Jiangnan University to give an online lecture titled Food Carbon Footprint to teachers and students. In the guessing part of food carbon footprint, students spoke enthusiastically and got a high correct rate.
