Recently, Carbonstop completed the signing of a contract with the Dubai World Expo Innovation Project. The signing of the contract represents that Carbonstop has been officially selected as the sole representative of China to Expo Live in Dubai 2020, and has successfully obtained funding support of US $100,000. The project aims to work together to improve people's lifestyles and protect the planet for a better future by funding, promoting and disseminating innovative global solutions. Carbonstop is committed to low-carbon efforts in order to make every product has a carbon footprint, so that consumers have the opportunity to choose more low-carbon products and enterprises can provide more low-carbon products and services to meet the growing demand for sustainable consumption of consumers.

With the theme of "Sharing Ideas, Shaping the Future", Expo Dubai 2020 was originally scheduled to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from October 20, 2020 to April 10, 2021. Due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, the BIE has announced that Expo Dubai 2020 will be postponed for one year, scheduled to run from October 20, 2021 to March 31, 2022. In order to spread the idea of "Connecting Ideas, Shaping the Future" around the world, Expo Dubai 2020 has established the EXPO LIVE Innovation Impact Funding Program. The aim is to identify and fund global solutions in line with the Expo's three sub-themes of "Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability". The five rounds of EXPO LIVE Innovation Impact Funding Project have all been applied.

Carbonstop is involved in the application round 5 of the project. In the past few years, EXPO LIVE has conducted four rounds of global project selection. The total number of projects applied for has exceeded 4000, and the successful selection rate is less than 1%. In the first four rounds, only one project from China -- Aobag was selected. Applications for Carbonstop began in November 2019. After preliminary application, formal application, live presentation (later converted into a remote online presentation), and final selection, Carbonstop was confirmed on March 26, 2020. After due diligence, notarization and certification of agency documents, on-site shooting of the project team and refinement and improvement of the project execution plan, the contract was finally signed.

Carbonstop is grateful to our mentors, customers, partners and users who have supported us for more than 9 years. We will also strive to achieve the goal of "making every product have a carbon footprint".
