Recently, CYCAN held a youth climate education creation camp, commissioned Carbonstop to calculate the entire campaign's carbon emissions, and expected to use the results to make the campaign carbon neutral.

According to the carbon footprint calculation, a total of 1.49 tons of greenhouse gases were emitted this time, with the proportion of emission sources as shown in the figure below. Among them, transportation is the most significant carbon emission, which is also the direction that needs the most efforts in the future.

In addition, CYCAN also invited Carbonstop as a guest in the fourth quarter of 2020 to conduct training on carbon accounting and carbon neutral. Carbonstop’s training started from the principle and general process of carbon accounting, and further explained several subjects including conference, enterprise and product. At the end of the training, Carbonstop also introduced the main carbon neutral channels for CYCAN to provide more options for carbon neutral in the future.
