January 2013, Carbonstop and China Green Carbon Foundation signed a strategic cooperation agreement and will have extensive cooperation in carbon inventory and carbon neutral areas.
On 24th December of 2012, British Council and LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) held a Green Life Action. CAMP (Carbon Accounting and Management Platform) that developed by Carbonstop is shortlisted in the top 6 of Green Life Action, and rewarded the project funding support and expert guidance over one year.
On 17th December of 2012, C+ initiative was held by CANGO (China Association for NGO Cooperation) and focuses on carbon emissions evaluation training based on 3 cases. It aimed to help NGOs achieving the goal of C+. Carbonstop’s CEO Mr. Luhui Yan provided the carbon training in CANGO C+ initiative. Enterprises and institutions participating in this program include: Beijing Forestry University, CYCAN …etc.
December 2012, Carbonstop achieved an agreement with IED (Institute for Environment and Development), and became the partner of the second Green Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Model Activity, responsible for providing the carbon emissions calculation and deeper enterprises’ carbon emissions management consultancy and software services for this activity. http://green.sina.com.cn/greenimpact2012/
On the 28th November 2012, the founder of Carbonstop, Mr. Luhui Yan attended the United Nations Climate Change Conference, and shared the experience of how to promote enterprise carbon management practices and how to actively respond to climate change as a speaker.
On the 2nd November, 2012, Carbonstop was entrusted by the SEE to provide a carbon emission accounting program for the Chinese Entrepreneurs Green Night Activity. Carbonstop provided carbon emissions calculation and carbon emission report for more than 300 well-known entrepreneurs.
October 17, 2012, Carbonstop was invited to provide carbon management training for the Sichuan United Environment Exchange and their members.
October 15, 2012, Carbonstop’s CEO Mr Luhui Yan was invited to visit Chongqing, and met with the Chongqing Vice Mayor Tong Xiaoping and other municipal leaders. Carbonstop introduced our self developed carbon management software for the enterprises.
