Recently, Alibaba Cainiao Logistics launched "green logistics indicator system" project to promote low-carbon development of logistics industry. Cainiao invited Carbonstop to calculate carbon emission reductions of a dozen of scenario, including electronic bills, carton reuse, encasement algorithm, green logistic park and so on. In addition, Carbonstop drafted the green logistics indicator system.

This February, Carbonstop was entrusted by China Green Carbon Foundation to develop their Wechat Platform and Wechat payment function. This Platform officially came into service on March 11th to cooperate with their “Green China, Low-carbon Action” activities, and to support sapling or carbon credits purchasing on March 12th, the Arbor Day.
March 24th to 25th, the Sustainable Agriculture Development and Economic Forum of 2015, sponsored by the Investment Association of China, undertaken by IED( Institute for Environment and Development), Demeter China Association and the other two companies, was held in Guohong Hotel-Beijing. Carbonstop was invited to provide Greenmeeting services for this forum. The total carbon emissions were calculated out as 2.22 t, which was neutralized by purchasing carbon credits online to fit with the green and low carbon theme.
In February, Carbonstop was entrusted by ACEF (All-China Environment Federation) to develop Website and Wechat platform for their projects on “The Development of Green Communities to Promote Sustainable Consumption”. Except for elementary function of project propaganda, another key of this development was to realize questionnaire survey both on PC and Wechat Platforms. Then, the public could engage in multi-channel surveys. Thus more responses or feedback could be obtained for analyzing.
This May, Carbonstop was invited by Beijing Environment Exchange to develop the CCER Trading platform on Wechat. This platform was officially launched at the sixth Annual Earth Temple Forum, whose date was exactly the third National Low-carbon Day. This comprehensive platform extends from carbon emission calculation and GHG mitigation projects exhibition, to the purchase and payment of these projects on Wechat. Moreover, the project procurement details could be shared in your Wechat Circle of Friends. The innovativeness of this platform is that the traditional CCER sales channel has been expanded to Wechat where combines carbon neutrality and Wechat Payment function. It is hoped this would attract more organizations or individuals on carbon neutrality programs, and be an impetus for the National Climate Change Strategy.
On June 27th, there was a special wedding ongoing in a quadrangle courtyard in Beijing. The bridegroom, Songping, is working in an energy consulting company. The Bride, Janna, works in an organization Beijing Department. The couple, one’s hometown is the severely-polluted Beijing; another comes from a country whose forest coverage rate ranks the world, Finland. This special combination brought them the idea to hold a special wedding, the “carbon-neutral” wedding.
This October, Carbonstop successfully bidded for the Building Materials industry carbon emission verification software development project of China Building Material Test & Certification Group Co. Ltd. This software will realize three major functions: for company user, they can report and submit annual carbon emissions and information; for carbon emission supervision department, they can conduct statistical data analysis; for the third-party verification party, they can complete online verification procedures for companies. The software enables the three types of users not only finish their respective operations, but also carry out online interactive communications.
