On August 26, 2020, the winning result of "GIS-based carbon emission data platform development for CNOOC offshore oil and gas fields -- programming service for oil and gas field carbon emission and low-carbon policy information database" was announced on the official website of CNOOC. Carbonstop stood out from many bidders and won the project.

Looking back, the cooperation customers of Carbonstop already include well-known enterprises and institutions such as UNEP, Alibaba, JD.com, Baidu, Vanke, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Ecology and Environment and so on. The winning of the "GIS-based carbon emission data platform development for CNOOC offshore oil and gas fields" and many other major projects in 2020 further demonstrates the cohesion and competitiveness of the carbonstop team.

On September 2, 2020, in order to carry out the relevant work of "Oil and Gas Field Carbon Emission and Low-carbon Policy Information Database Programming Service" project as soon as possible, the project team of CNOOC and the Carbonstop project team successfully held the project communication meeting in the CNOOC General Research Institute Beijing CNOOC Building, and carried out the "GIS technical support" training.

The meeting heard a presentation about the company from the Carbonstop team. CNOOC project team leaders and experts highly recognize the achievements of Carbonstop. At the meeting, the project team of CNOOC and Carbonstop had an in-depth communication on the project requirements and completion methods, and Mr. Yang, senior engineer of CNOOC Information Data Center, gave a "GIS technical support" training to carbon trace engineers. The leader of CNOOC New Energy Research Center said that he recognized the achievements made over the years by Carbonstop and the professional technical ability, and he was full of confidence and expectation for the successful completion of this project.
